    Kimberly Warner request for her WWII Veteran Grandfather:
    My grandfather's name is Charles Thomas Blandin. He goes by Chuck. He enlisted into the Marines at Kansas City, Missouri in 1942 and was discharged in 1944. He served in Guam. He said he was in the 3rd Marines, 5th battalion, 3rd company, the regiment name was Mayonnas. He said that he stayed with the same company all the way through his service. He said that there was a guy, last name was Howard that served with him. Last he heard from him was about 15 years ago and he was living in Hamilton, Ohio. He would love to find some old Marine buddies. His birthday is November 22nd.

    Sgt Edward Porter from North Carolina, service number 33522155, served Jan 12, 1943 to Nov 16, 1945. He was an aircraft welder in the 416th Bomb Group. His son would like to find anything related to Sgt Porter. Please send an email to "  donna@ww2buddies.com  " if you have any information.

    2Lt Robert L Ford, Service Number O-2029375, from San Antonio, Texas, was a pilot in the 394th Bomb Group. He is buried at the Netherlands American Cemetery.
